A new purse

I haven't bought new purse for a long time since my purses were stolen several times. I decided not to buy and use purse anymore.

A friend who traveled back from US gave me a new purse as a gift. I was surprised to get a new purse. Surely, the price label is torn-off. When I was home and I took it out from the box, I found that the price tag was inside the purse. I was surprised again. I believe that he must not know it, or he would took the price tag out or asked the clerk to take it out. I will never tell him of it. But it teaches me one thing: when I buy a gift to other people, I have to make double confirmation that the price of the gift is not shown on the box and there is no price tag on the gift or it will be very embarrassing.
